Martin McCrossan
Director
Civil and Structural – Glasgow

Overview

Martin joined Blyth & Blyth as an Associate Director in 2013 before being promoted to Director in 2015.

As a hands-on working Director, he is still actively involved in the day-to-day running of projects as well as jointly overseeing the running of the Glasgow office, business development and leading the integration of BIM into the daily activities of the Glasgow office.

Over the past 20 years Martin has gained experience across most sectors of the industry including commercial, leisure, education, healthcare and residential.

Proudest moment at Blyth & Blyth? Or project you were most proud to be involved in?

There have been numerous highlights during my time at Blyth & Blyth from overseeing the move to our new offices in 2019 to the delivery of the Faith Schools’ Joint Campus which was the first shared Catholic and Jewish faith campus in Europe.

Favourite building and why?

Whilst not a building as such I love the High Line in New York. It’s a great example of how to transform and adapt industrial infrastructure.
