Education + Public
The UK construction market has been significantly buoyed in the immediate past five years with the replacement of much of the country's education building stock through the PFI/ PPP procurement route. We have been heavily engaged in this procurement process, having undertaken both Client Advisory and Consortium Designer roles in several projects. We also have much experience in higher and further education facilities which tend to be procured in more traditional fashion.
We are often engaged in other types of public sector projects, with recent examples including the construction of the new headquarters for the Scottish Agricultural Science Agency. This was a Scottish Ministers sponsored project and one for which we were selected through the ojeu process.
