Commercial (offices and retail) property remains a busy sector for us, throughout the UK.
We are members for the British Council for Offices and are engaged in the design of several speculative office developments at present. With much competition for available sites, the importance of efficient engineering design solutions is acute. Our approach is to provide solutions which maximise nett lettable area whilst endeavouring to create the flexibilty and environmental conditions necessary to secure tenants for our clients.
Whilst an emphasis on mixed use developments is becoming more prevalent, we are still engaged in pure retail development. Our partnership arrangement with Ikea has seen us involved in several new store designs throughout the UK.
