Our involvement in the residential property sector has increased dramatically in recent years. This is reflective of the ongoing strength and growth of house prices and seemingly unquenchable requirement for new housing throughout the UK.
Throughout the UK, we are engaged in a broad spectrum of housing types ranging from new social housing to very high specification apartments for private developers.
Several of our clients are taking a particularly responsible approach to sustainability, designing to 'Ecohomes' standards and beyond. We are therefore at present engaged in projects considering a range of sustainable measures including CHP, solar, wind and water power. With the importance of sustainable development becoming ever more apparent, we are delighted to be engaged in these projects and actively seek to advance the sustainablity ethos in the other sectors in which we are active.
