blyth+blyth appointed for BBC redevelopment

Our Scottish team have recently been appointed by Applecross Properties for the redevelopment of the former BBC Scotland headquarters site on Queen Margaret Drive in Glasgow.
This exciting project will involve the construction of over 180 new flatted dwellings and the conversion of listed buildings on the site for reuse as a boutique hotel. Amongst the buildings to be converted is a previously obscured building designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
Detailed planning application is to be submitted in February.
