blyth+blyth are proud to announce the award of ‘Best Luxury Development’ (Silver Award) by the Daily Telegraph for their involvement as part of the design team for Harrods Court, London.

The project involved the conversion of Harrods Management Offices into a gated luxury development of 13 units.

The property was acquired by Jim Cobbe in 2005 and working with the architect, Bailey Lewis, undertook and co-ordinated the Building Engineering Services design to provide the high specification required by the client.
