The third quarter of 2008 saw a series of new contract appointments for blyth+blyth. Building on our already extensive experience of the hotels and leisure sector, we have been appointed as structural engineer for the development of a new 160 bedroom boutique hotel in Edinburgh.
The development is being procured by The Fitzpatrick Design Collection who already operate two busy hotels in Dublin. Baxter's Place will be the first of a planned expansion in Europe for the successful hoteliers. Construction is intended to commence mid 2009.
